Unendo questo alla farraginosità delle procedure dell'azienda, ogni necessaria visita a questo ufficio, e agli altri analoghi, diventa una vera e propria sventura. Li sto provando a chiamare da stamattina e non rispondono, prenderò seri provvedimenti. Il caal Center mi ha suggerito di fare un reclamo. Ritengo che non si risolve niente visto che prima di me altri correntisti hanno lamentato la stessa cosa. Auguro a chi si comporta in questo modo di trovare la stessa disponibilità in caso in cui hanno bisogno loro. ZERO ONLY BECAUSE LESS IS NOT POSSIBLE. E dicono bene. 2 giorni passati al telefono a cercare di risolvere un problema ma nemmeno ho ho potuto esporre perché ai 2 numeri trovati in internet, NESSUNO RISPONDE. Aspetto una corrispondenza partita da questo ufficio postale in data 13 aprile 2021. Oggi è il 21 aprile 2021 ancora non ho ricevuto nulla e la track dice " presa in carico dall'ufficio postale " Then they say that "everything works badly in the SOUTH" ... Then they say that "the SOUTH will never advance" ... Then they say that "the SOUTH will always be behind" ... And they say well. 2 days spent on the phone trying to solve a problem but I could not even expose because to the 2 numbers found on the internet, NO ANSWER. Sicuramente non saranno tutte così,non mi era mai successo in nessun ufficio postale tanta scortesia,ma dato che sono capitata con le peggiori, è giusto che sappiano che sono troppo fortunate ad avere un lavoro che assolutamente non meritano. Dopo aver perso tempo li,mi sono dovuta rivolgere ad un altro ufficio. Chi non vuole lavorare è giusto che dia spazio a chi volontà e capacità ne ha. Mettetevi d'accordo tra voi colleghi, perché prima dite di prendere il numero e dopo venti minuti cambiate versione dicendo che il numero non si prende e cacciate le persone in brutto modo. Unpleasant staff, zero organization, never answer the phone.
