Invio di un pacco con articoli privati nei Paesi Bassi.
Quanto può essere semplice.
Ma no, prima sono sottoposto a un esame incrociato del contenuto.
Compilo un modulo esteso. Devo spiegare 10 volte che non è un regalo. Penso che sia organizzato devo compilare i documenti doganali come se avessi intenzione di vendere qualcosa. Ridicolo.
Inoltre, nessun rispetto per la privacy. Così difficile per un atto semplice che è possibile solo in Italia.
Non c'è da stupirsi che ci fosse un'enorme fila in attesa.
Che tipo di politica è questa.
Lavori in un ufficio postale o sei un funzionario doganale?

Si perde una giornata solo per una raccomandata poiché anche il servizio di prenotazione online non è preciso.
Sicuramente ha influito il fatto che siano chiusi nel pomeriggio mentre prima non lo erano.
Out of 5 counters there are usually 3 active even with queue and queue outside the door.
You lose a day only for a registered letter as even the online booking service is not accurate.

Se da una parte la clientela anziana va compresa quando devono intraprendere procedure che coinvolgano aspetto digitali, non si può scusare il personale che è scostante, maleducato e spesso incompetente. Le informazioni quando non disponibili sul sito vengono date al telefono ma incomplete. I tempi di attesa sono infiniti, un incubo. Si può dare la colpa alla burocrazia, ma raramente ho visto un ufficio gestito così male.
Always bad service. While elderly customers must be understood when they have to undertake procedures involving digital aspects, one cannot excuse the staff who are unfriendly, rude and often incompetent. When information is not available on the site, it is given over the phone but incomplete. The waiting times are endless, a nightmare. You can blame the bureaucracy, but I have rarely seen an office run so poorly.
