★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono sempre gentili, aggiornati e disponibili. Dovevo fare un reso Amazon, c'è stato qualche problema gestionale Amazon, ma alle poste sono stati in grado di risolvere il tutto. Son sempre davvero disponibili e capaci.
 They are always kind, updated and available. I had to make an Amazon return, there was some Amazon management problem, but at the post offices they were able to solve everything. They are always truly available and capable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sempre riscontrato serietà e disponibilità. Purtroppo nel pomeriggio l' addetta si è dimostrata arrogante e poco disponibile. Siamo tutti stanchi e se non si ha voglia di lavorare lasciamo il posto a chi ne ha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo aprire un conto corrente, mi è stato detto che dovevo versare obbligatoriamente il mio stipendio per poterlo aprire, ho detto che non era un problema e l'avrei potuto fare. Mi è stato chiesto che tipo di operatività facevo e gli ho detto normale attività di movimentazione bonifici versamento assegni pagamento con il bancomat mi è stato detto che non potevo versare assegni per il primo mese (???) Infine ho chiesto di poter essere richiamato da una responsabile e non è stato fatto. Ditemi voi che razza di servizio ed atteggiamento è questo per un cliente nuovo che vuole aprire un conto corrente.... se questi dipendenti lavorassero in un'azienda normale privata a quest'ora avrebbero già avuto una lettera di richiamo. Non sanno fare loro lavoro!
I wanted to open a current account, I was told that I had to pay my salary to be able to open it, I said it was not a problem and I could do it. I was asked what type of operations I was doing and I told him normal bank transfer handling activities payment checks payment with the ATM I was told that I could not pay checks for the first month (???) Finally I asked to be called back by one responsible and it was not done. Tell me what kind of service and attitude this is for a new client who wants to open a checking account .... if these employees worked in a normal private company by now they would have already had a letter of recall. They don't know how to do their job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L' App di poste business si è bloccata e mi indicava di andare presso un qualsiasi ufficio postale. Ho chiamato il numero verde e mi ha detto l'operatore di recarmi in un ufficio postale. Mi sono recato in quello di Montecchio Emilia (RE) e dopo aver presentato il mio problema, mi ha detto l' impiegata (con arroganza) che non era di loro competenza. Ho fatto notare che l' App indicava di recarmi in un ufficio postale. La signora ha cominciato ad alzare la voce dicendo che dovevo chiamare il numero verde. Ho fatto presente che il numero verde mi ha indicato di andare alle poste, ma lei continuava a urlare che loro non c'entrano. Ad un certo punto la signora mi ha detto papale papale di andare via e di arrangiarmi. Purtroppo non posso dare meno di una stella. Se quando hanno le mestruazioni è meglio che se ne stiano a casa.
