★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stelle per l'impossibilità nel contattare la Posta tramite telefono,non rispondono mai, questo porta sempre a recarsi in posta anche per l'informazione più banale,che poteva essere data tramite telefono.

Il personale é incompetente, fatta eccezione per due, forse tre, dipendenti.
Per non parlare del responsabile o direttore, che ha sempre creato problemi dal nulla ogni volta che l'ho trovato in sede.
Si avvicina e mette parola lì dove la semplice operazione stava filando liscia e lo fa con maleducazione, superbia e senza l'uso della lingua italiana.
Quando si tratta di risolvere problemi e adempiere al suo ruolo, invece, si trasforma nel classico italiano omertoso scaricando compiti e responsabilità su dipendenti o affermando che sia l'utente ad aver sbagliato.
In fine vorrei specificare che nessuno si preoccupa dell'invasione e violazione di privacy messa in atto dagli altri utenti (perlopiù anziani) ma, addirittura, il problema viene risolto esclamando: 'non ti preoccupare di lui, girati da questo lato'.
Il Lei ovviamente é riservato solo agli utenti medio-anziani.
Vorrei mettere 0 stelle.

The staff is incompetent, except for two, maybe three, employees.
Not to mention the manager or manager, who has always created problems out of nothing every time I found him at the office.

When it comes to solving problems and fulfilling his role, on the other hand, he transforms himself into the classic Italian conspirator by downloading tasks and responsibilities on employees or stating that it is the user who has made a mistake.
Finally I would like to specify that nobody is concerned about the invasion and violation of privacy implemented by other users (mostly elderly) but, indeed, the problem is solved by exclaiming: 'don't worry about him, turn this side'.
The Lei is obviously reserved only for medium-aged users.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Direttrice ed operatori maleducati come pochi. Tranne qualche buon uomo le altre sono vipere acide. Stamattina avete creato solo problemi usando termini anche fuori luogo. Maleducati, presuntuosi, e scansafatiche.

Dopo averli contati e costatato che fossero 12 mila non si è neppure scusato. Dispiace per gli altri impiegati che sono molto cortesi, ma il direttore è davvero di un livello basso e scortese
