★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho abbandonato questo ufficio perché fino a poco tempo fa nelle poche ...tragiche... volte che sono incappato in alcune persone che lavoravano (spero non ci siano più) lì, mi sono rovinato la giornata... .
Ho trovato :
- Incompetenza e arroganza tipica di " l'attacco è la miglior difesa"
- Mi hanno mandato in altri uffici quando potevano fare loro il lavoro ecc..
- Ho trovato spesso tanta fila e molta lentezza anzi snervante noncuranza.
Per molto tempo ho visto persone anziane armeggiare tragicamente con computer ecc..
Facendo danno ai clienti....
Aggiornamento, OGGI, dopo 2 anni, 5 giugno 2020, ancora non è cambiato niente, situazione gestita malissimo...
I left this office because until recently in the few ... tragic ... times that I ran into some people who worked (I hope they are no longer there) there, I ruined my day ....
I found :
- Incompetence and arrogance typical of "attack is the best defense"
- They sent me to other offices when they could do the job etc ...
- I have often found a lot of queue and a lot of slowness rather unnerving carelessness.
For a long time I have seen elderly people fumbling tragically with computers etc.
Doing harm to customers ....
Update, TODAY, after 2 years, 5 June 2020, nothing has changed yet, badly managed situation ...
