Consegne dei pacchi inesistente con i postini che puntualmente evitano di consegnare i pacchi aumentando di gran lunga i tempi di consegna evitando di bussare a casa del destinatario per lasciare un avviso di giacenza. Comportamento del tutto privo di senso. Il peggior servizio postale del mondo Bad service, rude people. Ma come la vogliamo salvare questa Italia se non funziona niente, niente, niente. Un pacco risulta PRONTO X LA CONSEGNA, POI IN CONSEGNA, POI DI NUOVO PRONTO PER LA CONSEGNA... Spieghi un problema e non possono mai essere d’aiuto anziché spiegare il motivo e salutare ti guardano e cambiano il numerino! (Preciso che non c’era nessun’altra persona, quindi non le stavo nemmeno facendo perdere tempo) Faranno un concorso a chi è più st****a per selezionare il personale! Lo sconsiglio! Sembra che non abbiano voglia di lavorare, se così fosse si facessero da parte anche perché ci stanno un sacco di giovani vogliosi ed educati pronti a prendere il loro posto. R	Rosangela Sacco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 4 gennaio mi trovo purtroppo a segnalare un episodio a dir poco scandaloso, è scaduta la mia carta ricaricabile e purtroppo non mi è arrivata la nuova essendo scaduta il 31 / 12, dal 1 gennaio sono stata impossibilitata al prelievo,mi reco in ufficio postale centrale di Lamezia Terme e la sig.ra dello sportello n.6 con modi saccenti mi risponde che non potevo rientrare dei mie soldi in giacenza perché il saldo contabile non era compatibile con il saldo disponibile (e fin qua posso comprendere) chiedo della direttrice (mio diritto ad avere delucidazioni in merito) si rivolge in modo ignorante esordendo" si faccia più in la' e aspetti '.Da persona educata mi sposto e attendo, aspetto la direttrice che con molto garbo mi espone le motivazioni e mi calmo ma sfortuna è stata che la signora ,la chiamo così per non dire altro ...commenta con la sua vicina di sportello n.7 e io sento( se non ha soldi si rivolgesse alla Caritas. Care signore di sportello n.6 e n.7 prima di commentare davanti ad altri clienti queste porcherie, premunitevi di fare i saldi delle carte forse ho più soldi io che voi nel conto corrente....per quel che mi riguarda voi non potete fare nemmeno le postine( con tutto il rispetto per i postini che sono più professionali di Voi, stare allo sportello non è il vostro lavoro.....avete perso un cliente per la vs.ignoranza.Ringraziate la vs.direttrice se non vi ho messo le mani addosso. E	Elisa M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono riusciti a ritirare un pacco diretto in Sicilia alle 13 e segnare come "rifiutato da parte del destinatario" alle 18 dello stesso giorno. Ho pagato la spedizione giusto per fargli fare un tour nella sede di questo ufficio totalmente incapace. E, cosa ancora peggiore, il pacco non mi viene restituito. In tempi di Covid, con tanti posti di lavoro persi, fossi in Poste Italiane un po' di pulizia la farei, facendo lavorare gente che ha veramente voglia. E non esiste al mondo che rispondano al telefono. Sia mai. They managed to pick up a package bound for Sicily at 1pm and mark it as "refused by the recipient" at 6pm the same day. I paid for the shipping just to take him on a tour of this totally clueless office. And worst of all, the package is not returned to me.
