Per esempio io ho sempre trovato personale efficiente e cordiale, tranne l'ultima volta, non conosco l'impiegato in questione ma riesce a risponderti (a suo dire) senza ascoltare le tue domande ma tirando ad indovinare. Complimenti per il servizio postale: sarei venuto io personalmente a ritirarlo se avessi avuto informazioni, non vi avrei chiesto nemmeno di consegnarmelo. Soprattutto i consulenti finanziari, professionali, sempre attenti, positivi ed orientati al cliente. L’unica correzione/consiglio che apporterei non riguarda il personale, ma le informazioni riportate on line o nelle comunicazioni postali, perché aggiungerei gli altri due numeri che utilizzano abitudinariamente. Per il resto nulla da dire, a presto. Clean and organized structure. Young and competent staff. Above all financial advisors, professional, always attentive, positive and customer oriented. The only correction / advice I would make does not concern the staff, but the information reported online or in postal communications, because I would add the other two numbers they use routinely. Bad in everything, they don't answer calls, they answer people badly and when they bring the packages they don't ring the door and they don't even leave the notice. Incompetent.
