Per pacchi espressi importanti non mi affiderò più a Poste Italiane. Nota positiva il servizio informazioni, operatore gentile, preparato e concreto.
Terrible. Parcel handled late from the hub to the origin and expected delivery with at least one day delay. The damage suffered is far greater than the reimbursement of the service. For important express parcels I will no longer rely on the Italian Post Office. Positive note is the information service, a kind, prepared and concrete operator.
