Lamentosi! e LENTI! ci ho messo 30 minuti per un piccolo piego di libri e arrivato finalmente allo sportello ci sono voluti altri 15 per capire che tipo di piego di libri e alla fine me li sono rifatti dare e sono andato a ronciglione, 1 minuto di fila e 1 minuto per il piego di libri, fate pietà

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una cosa ignobile. Dovrebbe essere un servizio pubblico ma è un disservizio pubblico. Personale incompetente lento e come tutti gli incompetenti arrogante. Se fosse un Comune andrebbe commissariato. Non capisco perchè le Poste non intervengono per eliminare questa assurda situazione.
An ignoble thing. It should be a public service but it is a public disservice. Incompetent staff slow and like all incompetent arrogant. If it were a municipality it would go to the police station. I do not understand why the post office does not intervene to eliminate this absurd situation.

Sono andata via dalla posta di Sutri senza aver risolto una semplice operazione di versamento, mi sono recata alla posta di Ronciglione ho risolto tutto in breve tempo e con personale preparato competente e cortese

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono giorni che tento di prelevare i miei soldi presso lo sportello esterno, fuori servizio! Al quinto tentativo, devo fare una fila di trenta minuti per poter prelevare presso lo sportello interno! Mi lamento della situazione verso il personale in servizio, ma non ricevo alcuna risposta... Vergognoso che nessuno provveda a tutto questo!
I have been trying to withdraw my money at the external counter for days, out of order! On the fifth attempt, I have to queue for thirty minutes to be able to withdraw at the internal counter! I complain about the situation towards the staff on duty, but I do not receive any response ... Shameful that no one is taking care of all this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con l'avvento della nuova direttrice sono migliorati. Tuttavia l'indolenza e la scarsa propensione di alcuni dipendenti non consente di poter dare un giudizio quantomeno pari agli standard di altri uffici analoghi. I locali sono poco accoglienti e mancano i dispositivi per ordinare fila e servizi.

A distanza di qualche anno la situazione è precipitata. Gli impiegati sono lenti, lavorano con aria di sufficienza, non fanno nulla per alleviare i disagi di file lunghissime (e pericolosamente ingestibili per via della pandemia). Anche in presenza di queste si assentato continuamente dalla postazione, a volte con decine di persone in fila "lavora" un unico sportello. Non credo di esagerare annoverando questo ufficio postale fra i peggiori che io abbia mai visto.

A few years later, the situation worsened. The employees are slow, they work with an air of self-sufficiency, they do nothing to alleviate the inconvenience of very long lines (and dangerously unmanageable due to the pandemic). Even in the presence of these he is continually absent from the station, sometimes with dozens of people in line "works" a single counter. I don't think I'm exaggerating by counting this post office as one of the worst I've ever seen.
