Si sono presentati/e sempre gentili con me, ed è per questo che non ho dato un 1 stella. Oggi sono stato invitato a prendere il numero per la fila (Da correntista) 4 volte perché alle commesse non compariva un link sul software gestionale legato alla mia carta. Sicuramente l’IT a monte non è dei migliori, ma che sia impreparazione o ingegnerizzazione scadente, l’esperienza di oggi e altre complicazioni legate all’app mi hanno portato alla decisione di chiudere il conto è rivolgermi ad altri istituti bancari. In più mi recò alla posta di piombino, facendo 25 km e sprecando tempo. La loro risposta è stata "noi non abbiamo il pacco, se sai leggere c è scritto che viene riconsegnato domani, e non ti hanno suonato fai una recensione " quindi io per prendere un oggetto che ho pagato devo sperare nel miracolo di cristo che l'addetto alle consegne suoni il campanello come sarebbe dovuto. Rimasti in casa ( con campanello funzionante) ad attendere un pacco Amazon la cui consegna era prevista per stamani, abbiamo trovato alle 13.30 un avviso di giacenza.Gli addetti non suonano neppure,lasciano l'avviso e se ne vanno. Come dalla mia esperienza del corriere in Regnò unito mai si fa così . Anche se il campagnolo non funziona, ai la possibilità com’è corriere di chiamare il cliente . Anche perché Amazon paga gli minuti gratis. Ciò che in Italia se aspetti una lettera .allora appena vai in pensione la ricevi. Non è normale ragazzi. Vergogniamoci per questa situazione . E poi sempre scocciati, col muso, sembra di fargli un dispetto ad entrare lì, non sapendo ne capendo che con le nostre "rotture" gli paghiamo gli stipendi. E che pec devo fare da me tramette app . Dopo in fine mi hanno dato il numero 800003322 . A chi io chiamato ma tutto automatico e di pec e firma digitale non si parlano ne meno. Triste vedere una ditta così grande non funziona come si deve ,facendo paura a clienti . Ma non si potevano mettere una persona che in grado spiegare come usare app? Come fare pec e firma digitals? E come mai non reagiscano dopo tutti commenti solo negativi gestori? Bad service. They treated me like a dog. I wanted to do pec and digital signature.
