★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Francamente sgomentevoli.. 30 minuti di attesa per ritirare una raccomandata, utenti bloccati agli sportelli (ma cosa dovranno mai fare di tanto impegnativo) e non ce n'è uno dedicato a questa formalita. Oggi ci sono quattro impiegate che sembrano dei bradipi per quanta calma ci mettono.. E trovano pure il tempo di fare conversazione tra loro.. E noi qui, a aspettare.. Mah.. Deprimenti.
 Frankly dismaying .. 30 minutes of waiting to collect a registered letter, users blocked at the counters (but what will they ever have to do so demanding) and there is not one dedicated to this formality. Today there are four employees who look like sloths for how calm they put us .. And they also find the time to make conversation with each other .. And we here, waiting .. Mah .. Depressed.

In più, il loro ATM è difettoso. è successo più volte che una volta inserita la carta per il prelievo, rimanesse incastrata , lasciandomi senza soldi e senza carta. premetto che ho sostituito la carta per questo motivo, ma questo enorme inconveniente succede anche con la carta nuova. per riottenere la carta, mattinate perse, sono veramente maleducati oltre che minimamente interessati a risolvere il problema. W le Poste di Montecatini e i suoi dipendenti, un servizio peggiore non potete fornirlo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'atm non funziona mai e quando funziona prende le carte,cioè quello che è successo a me il personale non sa fa il proprio lavoro, mi sono presentata stamattina per ritirarla e la scusa è stata che aprono l atm solo alle 10.00, non c'è stata possibilità di ritirare denaro e ora sono in giro senza soldi e senza bancomat! VIVA L'ITALIA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7 sportelli di cui solo due aperti, non immagino neanche come faranno dal 20 gennaio in poi, la colpa forse non sarà di loro ma di quella/o che gestisce , comunque la signora bionda e molto carina niente da dire su questo

Ho aspettato 3 ore per fare un pagamento. Vi sembra normale???!!!
Disservizio allucinante, di 7 sportelli aperti solo 3 e la Direttrice che obbligava le persone a aspettare fuori al freddo perché eravamo troppi al interno.
Bastava richiamare in servizio il suo personale e evitare questi disquidi ma presumo che qualcuno non vuole pagare gli straordinari!!!

La signora allo sportello numero del 5 Gennaio alle ore 18 e 30 con capelli riccioli ed occhiali alla mia richiesta antecedente delle ore 16 dopo già due ore di fila mi dice che per lo "Spid" devo fare richiesta online su ufficio postale, bene vado a casa faccio richiesta e prendo appuntamento alle ore 18 e 30 con prenotazione, al mio arrivo la non cordiale signora mi dice che il ticket era già stato chiamato e di richiederne un altro. Non solo facendomi perdere ulteriore tempo ma anche minacciando che se non avessi fatto così non avrebbe preso in carico la mia richiesta... FOLLIA.. COSE MAI VISTE.. Mi chiedo come certe persone possano lavorare.
