L	Leonardo Quinto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il peggiore ufficio ad oggi trovato. Sempre coda con un solo sportello aperto, e altri due che fanno altre cose anzichè smaltire la coda. Male organizzati e gestiti. The worst office today found. Always queue with just one door open, and two more who do other things instead of queuing up. Badly organized and managed.

Tutte le volte la stessa storia lentezza e poca professionalità , la prossima volta faccio qualche Km in più e mi reco a Fiesole, tutto un altro servizio Slow service, the lady as she tries to pass the postal order, greets and talks to the lady next to me served by her colleague. Every time the same story slowness and little professionalism, next time I do a few more kilometers and I go to Fiesole, a whole other service

Dopo vari minuti in coda arriva il mio turno e invece che di essere servito vengo mandato via con la scusa che l'ufficio era chiuso nonostante mancassero ancora 5 miniti all'orario di chiusura. Lo sportello atm è molto spesso guasto o lento nei caricamenti. Sconsiglio vivamente di rivolgersi a questo ufficio postale Poor and unprofessional service. After several minutes in the queue my turn comes and instead of being served I am sent away with the excuse that the office was closed even though there were still 5 minutes left at closing time. The ATM is very often broken or slow in uploads. I strongly advise against contacting this post office
i	ilmatta75 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drammatico, c'è da farsi il segno della croce a ritirare una raccomandata alla Caldine, code interminabili, lentezza esasperante...pure il bancomat x il prelievo è lentissimo per adeguarsi allo standard. Dramatic, you have to make the sign of the cross to collect a registered letter to Caldine, endless queues, exasperating slowness ... even the ATM x the withdrawal is very slow to adapt to the standard.

O	Olivia Cerrini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho spedito un pacco stamani e devo dire che l 'addetta è stata molto gentile e disponibile, non avendo portato gli occhiali mi ha aiutata a compilare la ricevuta e ha scritto l indirizzo sul pacco lei.Devo dire che da quando c'è stato il cambio di personale il servizio è notevolmente migliorato, finalmente personale qualificato che non si perde in ciance e che lavora molto e velocemente!!!!! Brave!!!!!!!
