Chiude l'ufficio circa mezz'ora prima e anche se sta facendo il suo lavoro come tutti gli impiegati ti dice chiaramente con tono maleducato: "Ti sto facendo un favore e mi stai anche facendo perdere tempo"
Più volte insulta il cliente.
Sottolineo: educazione zero.
