★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina l'impiegata allo sportello é stata più che maleducata, anzi direi irrispettosa.
Fortunatamente non sempre é cosi. Mi dispiace non aver preso nota del nome perché per colpa di questi elementi cosi cafoni, le recensioni negative ricadono su tutti.
 This morning the clerk at the counter was more than rude, I would say disrespectful.
Fortunately, this is not always the case. I'm sorry not to have taken note of the name because due to these elements so boorish, the negative reviews fall on everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE PER IL RITIRO AMAZON! Mi hanno fatto mille storie per ritirare il mio pacco perché secondo loro doveva arrivare un avviso CARTACEO!! Assolutamente sbagliato perché amazon manda solo una mail!!
ABSOLUTELY AVOID FOR THE AMAZON WITHDRAWAL! They made a thousand fuss about picking up my package because according to them a PAPER notice had to arrive !! Absolutely wrong because amazon only sends an email !!

I have always hated the post office but this one in Bovolone is the worst !!!!! they don't even deserve a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ State attenti spediscono i pacchi di poco valore al Vs indirizzo nonostante ci sia MITTENTE e DESTINATARIO con indirizzo corretto.
Poi Voi tornate dicendo che vi è arrivato a casa il pacco spedito il giorno prima.
Vi dicono "si si mi dia il pacco che lo rimetto in spedizione oggi". Il pacco stranamente sparisce.
Voi andate a dire che il pacco non è arrivato a destinazione dopo qualche giorno e loro vi dicono che con la procedura fatta il pacco non è tracciabile quindi non sanno dove sia. Fate reclamo e le poste rispondono che il pacco risulta consegnato (ovviamente a casa vostra con la prima spedizione).
Che fine avrà fatto il pacco da 40 euro?

Be careful they send the packages of little value to your address despite the fact that there is SENDER and RECIPIENT with correct address.
Then you come back saying that the package sent the day before has arrived at your home.
They tell you "yes, give me the package and I'll send it back today". The package strangely disappears.
You go and say that the package has not arrived at its destination after a few days and they tell you that with the procedure done the package is not traceable so they do not know where it is. Make a complaint and the post office responds that the package is delivered (obviously to your home with the first shipment).
What happened to the 40 euro package?
I imagine it .....

E il direttore, nonostante avessi ragione io, mostrando le mie ragioni... continuava a dire le cose diversamente! Molto sgarbato.. consiglio che quel lavoro lì non fa per lui, ci vorrebbe più pazienza!!
I would not even give a star, there are good staff and very unpleasant and rude staff.
And the director, although I was right, showing my reasons ... kept saying things differently! Very rude .. advice that that job there is not for him, it would take more patience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale a dir poco imbarazzante. Dopo aver prenotato online mi sono recato all'ufficio per fare un libretto smart. Risultato? Dopo 45 minuti serviti all'operatore solo per inserire due carte di identità e 2 codici fiscali si è accorto che mancavano le carte di versamento per finire la procedura e quindi tempo perso per nulla. L'operatore aveva evidenti problemi nel saper affrontare le procedure base e non era nemmeno uno assunto ieri.
Staff to say the least embarrassing. After booking online, I went to the office to make a smart booklet. Result? After 45 minutes, the operator only needed to insert two identity cards and 2 fiscal codes, he realized that the payment cards were missing to finish the procedure and therefore lost time for nothing. The operator had obvious problems in knowing how to deal with the basic procedures and was not even one hired yesterday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had to go there to deal with some nonsensical bureaucracy and I've tried my best to sound polite and respectful but the attendant there was rude to me. I'm fine with their bureaucracy but you shouldn't have to be mistreated in the process. I wasn't there because I wanted to, and they aren't doing me any favor, in fact it's quite the opposite. I'll certainly have to return there so depending on the future experiences I might change this review, until then I'm sorry but even 1 star is a generous amount.
