V	Vincenzo Campo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. I lavoratori sono gente in gamba e che sanno svolgere il proprio lavoro e meritano 5 stelle. Metto una stella per il pessimo servizio, c'e' poco personale (5 postazioni su 2 o 3 aperti), apre solamente in mattinata e di pomeriggio resta chiuso, stiamo parlando una posta italiane di un paese con 9000 abitanti. Diverse volte la macchina per prelievo e' fuori servizio, come ieri che non mi ha restituito la carta banco poste e nessun prelievo effettuato che purtroppo oggi sono costretto di partire senza carta banco poste e mi sono dovuto far prestare i soldi da un famigliare. Nessun numero di telefono per emergenza, nessun personale o guardiano per risolvere questi seri problemi, ieri c'erano due persone che lavoravano li dentro e non mi hanno voluto risolvere il problema o chiamare il direttore per questa emergenza! Mi spiace solo per la mia reazione di rabbia, o torto o ragione, ho sbagliato e chiedo solo scusa in questo... ma non giustifico questo scarso servizio. Una vergogna! Cose da matti. Bad service. Non si può aspettare un’ora per ritirare una raccomandata.Non si può nel mese di Agosto avere un solo sportello aperto.Gli impiegati anzichè parlare degli affari personali con i clienti dovrebbero lavorare.Non si può dire alle 13:35 ultima operazione e mandare a casa le persone che aspettano da ore. Personalmente penso che questo servizio non funzioni e sia un’abuso nei confronti della cittadinanza.Non bisogna avere sempre pazienza,lamentatevi lamentatevi e lamentatevi ancora, con la pazienza e il silenzio non cambierà mai niente.
