Personale scorbutico che non sa cosa sia la cordialità. Spero vengano fatti dei controlli :).
They don't answer the phone. Made 21 calls to the number (which I had to get from another office) and only on the 22nd did they have the decency to answer, even annoyed.
Grumpy staff who don't know what friendliness is. I hope checks are made :).
