★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio di posta "seguimi"; attivato da anni ma, continua ad arrivare posta al vecchio domicilio (Via Roma. 15)! Ho tentato di contattare telefonicamente l'ufficio postale senza riuscirci! Ho chiesto alla postina di turno di darmi spiegazioni in merito al disservizio; la signora, mi ha seraficamente spiegato che in sua assenza la sostituzione viene fatta da personale esterno che (a volte) non tiene conto del "seguimi" che regolarmente pago ogni anno per il rinnovo.
Faccio presente che ho trovato in buca comunicazioni importantissime e mai ricevute al nuovo domicilio, tra queste una lettera dell'Agenzia delle Entrate. Concludo, invitando il dirigente dell'ufficio postale di Campobello di Licata a prendere atto di quanto sopra e invitare il personale che consegna la posta a rispettare l'utente per evitare futuri problemi legali.

Bad "follow me" mail service; activated for years but, mail continues to arrive at the old address (Via Roma. 15)! I tried to contact the post office by phone but failed! I asked the postwoman on duty to explain me about the disservice; the lady, seraphically explained to me that in his absence the replacement is done by external personnel who (sometimes) do not take into account the "follow me" that I regularly pay every year for the renewal.
I would like to point out that I found very important communications in the hole and never received at the new home, including a letter from the Revenue Agency. I conclude by inviting the manager of the Campobello di Licata post office to take note of the above and invite the staff who deliver the mail to respect the user to avoid future legal problems.
