★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re outside of the building it’s very beautiful, big, old and architecturally magnificent. However, inside, if you have actually something to do, you have to know it’s crowded. And, is one of the postal offices in Bologna that has “sportello amico”. The staff are usually very serious and they do their job as fast as possible for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are approachable, helpful and informative but the queue is too slow, it’s time consuming especially when you’re in a hurry.
There’s waiting area that has chairs so you’re not tired from waiting. There’s sign that they have free wifi access but it doesn’t work, so don’t try to use it, it’s just a waste of your effort??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the people were friendly and helpful, with a long line that went out the door, which I appreciate. There was this one older post woman, however, who screamed at me the entire time and hit her desk. I had done nothing to her, and she would not stop screaming. At the end she threw my papers at me. For this reason, I hope I never have to go to this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The biggest post office in bologna, the staff were quite polite and patient with me as communication was an issue as they did not have a staff that communicates in English.
To avoid the long queue that is usually waiting outside trying to get in you can book an appointment online from their app "UfficioPostale".
