★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ufficio postale centrale della città di Pontinia. Personale cortese e preparato, file lunghe ma scorrevoli. Bellissima la struttura di architettura razionalista di cui è stato preservato il suo fascino.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST, MOST OF THE STAFF ARE INCOMPETENT, RUDE, DISRESPECTIVE, ARROGANT, DISERVICES OF ALL KINDS, I DO NOT GO FURTHER BECAUSE SOMETHING SERIOUS HAPPENED THAT I JUST NEEDED TO DO THAT.

Un ragazzo oggi, che si è visto questo energumero passare davanti, che non sapeva chi fosse, lo ha avvertito gentilmente che c'era la fila al postamat, il direttore con molta arroganza non solo gli ha risposto male, mentre faceva le operazioni al postamat, continuava pure a borbottare, al che il ragazzo gli ha detto che lo aveva solo avvertito non sapendo chi fosse e che non lo aveva insultato, il direttore sempre più arrogante si è girato dicendogli "ti pare a te che mi sarei fatto insultare? Ti avrei già steso!".
Oltre al fatto che gli addetti oltre a essere maleducatissimi, non sanno lavorare, non sanno usare i computer e creano sempre impicci che risolvono solo le poste nei posti limitrofi, e il postamat sono più le volte che è fuori uso.
Complimenti a poste italiane per le sue scelte di qualità!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ufficio postale da evitare assolutamente, scortesia e incompetenza garantiti, inoltre non so come sia possibile che non si abbiano150€ di liquidità per incassare un assegno. Può succedere anche se strano, ma un cliente va servito con cordialità a mio parere.
Per concludere, un mese fa mi sono recato nel medesimo ufficio per un'operazione piuttosto rapida e mi è stato chiesto di ripassare perché la ragazza era impegnata quando il suo lavoro è stare lí a servire le persone.
Se volete vedere cose incredibili recatevi lí.
