★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficile mettersi in contatto con l'ufficio , esiste un numero telefonico ma non rispondono , si giustificano dicendo stavamo lavorando, il telefono non funzione.
Difficult to contact the office, there is a telephone number but they do not answer, they justify saying we were working, the phone does not work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ahimè con l'ultimo cambio alla direzione è uno schifo...non rispondono mai e dopo essre andata due volte per un problema di registrazione del numero ancora non risulta collegato alla mia postapay!
alas with the last change to the management it is disgusting ... they never answer and after having gone twice for a problem of registering the number it is still not connected to my postapay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergogna!!! Attesa di tre ore x ritirare una raccomandata! Non esiste un turno x priorità, non è attivo il servizio di prenotazione on line ma unica fila per tutte necessità. Il personale è gentile ma solo due sportelli aperti. Dentro 2 persone con aria condizionata e fuori un "carnaio" umano senza distanziamento tutto nei 40 gradi di un luglio palermitano. VERGOGNA!!!!
Shame!!! Wait three hours to collect a registered letter! There is no shift for priority, the online booking service is not active but only one row for all needs. The staff is nice but only two doors open. Inside 2 people with air conditioning and outside a human "carnaio" without distancing everything in the 40 degrees of a Palermitan July. SHAME!!!!

Dopo avere aspettato il proprio turno, ed essersi sorbita un'attesa infinita, è stata trattata in modo
sgarbato dall'impiegato, nonostante avesse i documenti. Rivolgersi in modo educato al pubblico, quando si eroga un servizio dovrebbe essere un obbligo deontologico.
La situazione di pandemia da Covid, non deve giustificare tali comportamenti.
Suggerirei al direttore di questa filiale, di fare partecipare, gli impiegati più recalcitranti alle buona educazione, a frequentare dei corsi appropriati
Living in Trentino, I asked a dear friend of mine to go and collect a registered letter.
After waiting her turn, and enduring an endless wait, she was treated so
rude by the employee, despite having the documents. Addressing the public politely when providing a service should be an ethical obligation.
The Covid pandemic situation must not justify such behavior.
I would suggest to the manager of this branch, to involve the most recalcitrant employees in good manners, to attend appropriate courses
