L operatore già scocciato per orario mi fa riempire i fogli per poi dirmi che Poste Italiane non fa più servizio telegrammi internazionali ...mi suggerisce di spedire io un biglietto di condoglianze... Non mi torna...chiamo il numero verde poste e mi dicono di poterlo fate anche dallo sportello ...gentile operatore dai capelli bianchi e lo stipendio fisso la ringrazio per non aver mandato il mio telegramma di condoglianze e grazie per la sua professionalità. Without words is an understatement!

Anche il sistema di prenotazione è poco efficace per via del ridotto numero di ticket disponibili. All'ingresso c'è un misuratore automatico di temperatura che naturalmente nessuno adopera. Il risultato, in tempi di pandemia, è una vera e propria polveriera... E sorvoliamo sull'efficienza, la competenza e la cortesia di alcuni impiegati!
