Puntualmente lettere , bollette, f24 arrivano scaduti. All'ufficio gli sportellisti sgarbati, lenti e sempre seccati... Sarebbe bene che cominciassero almeno a rendere decente il servizio di recapito... Disastrous correspondence sector. Pessimo il servizio, l'attenzione al cliente, l'educazione di dipendenti e direttore. Segnalo che l'orario di apertura indicato non corrisponde. l	letizia l on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata agli uffici stamattina e sono a dir poco allibita dall'arroganza di tutto il personale e dal menefreghismo generale di tutti quelli dietro agli sportelli.. ci saranno stati 7 dipendenti che andavano su e giù e se la ridevano e solo 2 sportelli aperti con tanto di coda all'ingresso. Volevo aprire un semplice libretto postale e per 5 minuti ho continuato a dover rifiutare la proposta di aprire il conto postale di cui non me ne fregava niente e il DIRETTORE seccato alla fine mi ha fatto andare ad un altro sportello per fare la procedura. Dopo aver aspettato un quarto d'ora perché non si trovava la suddetta, mi viene detto che per sbaglio è stata rispedita al mittente. In data 16.03 ricevo - sul luogo di lavoro - avviso di giacenza di una spedizione con necessità di pagamento di diritti doganali. Trovandomi fuori sede, le colleghe ricevono la giacenza e l'operatore di consegna segnala " Vi devo fare l'avviso valido dal giorno 18.03, ma sappiate che già domani il pacco può essere ritirato. Quest'oggi 17.03 mi reco in ufficio postale, e lo svogliato collaboratore dello sportello 5 mi sottolinea che il ritiro è possibile soltanto dall'indomani. Specifico che sono in grado di comprendere semplici istruzioni scritte , ma che il postino stesso dava indicazioni differenti. Non è stato possibile per ragioni di " procedura" dar seguito al ritiro del pacco e quindi ho perso mezz'ora della mio tempo. Rimango naturalmente con la curiosità di sapere se è il postino a parlare a vanvera, oppure l'operatore di sportello ad essere scansafatiche. Chissà....
