Faccio presente che sono disabile al 67%. Invece l''ufficio di Pontecagnano ha l'operatore competente e gentile, il pacchetto che rientra come peso e misure nella posta prioritaria internazionale senza tracciabilità è veloce ed economico e va spedito senza compilare modelli ma necessità solo del modello CN22 ,che io porto già compilato e applicato alla scatola. Farò reclamo alle Poste Italiane per il disservizio e l'incompetenza degli addetti dell'ufficio postale di Fuorni via Ostaglio 59 Salerno They never have the forms for international priority mail, (this is an adhesive sticker that is read by an optical gun) and they always force me to go to the post office of the municipality of Pontecagnano (SA). Di buoni pastali ne ho ricevuti nella mia vita, soprattutto dai nonni. Abito a Roma, un mese fa sono andata con lo stesso buono in un ufficio postale in centro e dopo una settimana l'ho cambiato senza problemi. Ci vuole preparazione e solida formazione per fare sportello...
