★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia madre si è affidata a questo servizio per inviare un pacco con del cibo. Senza dilungarmi: il pacco è arrivato con due kg mancanti rispetto a quando è partito. Spero che i corrieri abbiano gradito le mozzarelle di bufala, le uova kinder e le banane. Buon appetito.
My mother used this service to send a package with food. Without dwelling on it: the package arrived with two kg missing compared to when it left. I hope the couriers enjoyed the buffalo mozzarella, kinder eggs and bananas. Enjoy your meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativissima, ho spedito ben 2 raccomandate importanti il 1 Aprile 2022 ad oggi non si vede dal sito di Poste Italiane dove quando neanche la presa in carico della raccomandata. Assurdo!!!!!! Sono ritornato lì per chiedere spiegazioni ma mi è stato detto che la colpa è di Poste Italiane....................... Io faccio una raccomandata lì e non si prendono nessuna responsabilità. Assurdo davvero!!!! Sarebbe il caso che vi interessasse voi visto che io ho pagato voi. Ancora il dove quando dice inesistente. Domani rifaccio di nuovo le raccomandate ma all'ufficio postale.
Very negative experience, I sent 2 important registered letters on 1 April 2022 to date you cannot see from the Poste Italiane website where when not even the registered mail is taken in charge. Absurd!!!!!! I went back there to ask for explanations but I was told that the fault lies with the Italian Post Office ....................... I send a registered letter there and they do not take no responsibility. Absurd indeed !!!! You should be interested in it since I paid you. Still the where when it says non-existent. Tomorrow I will redo the registered mail again but at the post office.
