Non è la prima volta che succedono imprevisti con le spedizioni di Poste Italiane, 1 stella meritatissima. Non sono capaci nemmeno a fare il loro lavoro, io invece devo prendermi una giornata libera dal mio di lavoro per aspettare i comodi loro. VERGOGNA. Gli utenti sono costretti a fare una lunga fila fuori dall'ufficio stile anni '90, alla faccia della pandemia e del distanziamento, senza avere la possibilità di prendere prima il proprio numero. Naturalmente questo crea difficoltà anche a chi prenota un ticket tramite app, in quanto le decine di utenti in fila ancora senza numero GIUSTAMENTE rivendicano comunque il diritto di avvicinarsi per primi a prendere il loro numero. Non ho ancora chiuso un libretto inutilizzato che ho aperto anni fa in questo ufficio, solamente perché è praticamente impossibile accedervi senza perdere diverse ore del proprio tempo e senza rischiare di rimanere contagiati in quella ressa. Sono andata questa mattina per richiedere che fine avesse fatto il mio pacco,ho dovuto attendere la signora che nel frattempo si era andata a prendere un caffè. Attesi i 15 minuti tramite il citofono ( perché a quanto pare il covid si puo prendere solo a lavoro) una signora evidentemente stressata dal troppolavoro con molta indisponenza e saccenza mi ha detto che il pacco è stato consegnato sabatosera alle 19.allora le faccio presente che ce stato un errore in quanto non ho ricevuto nulla e mi sono sentita come risposta."non è un problema mio!".Omaha! Sono allibita!!! Ma questi soggetti che lavorano a contatto con pubblico vengono pure pagati.in tutto questo mentre parlavo mie stato chiuso il citofono.maleducata!!!!!! They deserve 0 stars.
