★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una commessa mi ha inseguita per il negozio, sbirciando visibilmente e piú volte nel piccolo sacchetto di carta contenente due fumetti che avevo in mano. Non so se urlare 5 volte buongiorno ai clienti nel giro di pochi minuti è un messaggio in codice per "potenziale taccheggiatrice", ma di certo non è un modo gentile di trattare un cliente che sta osservando la merce esposta per comprare dei regali di Natale e non ha bisogno di aiuto. Sicuramente i regali li faró da un'altra parte.
 A saleswoman chased me around the shop, visibly peeking over and over at the small paper bag containing two comics in my hand. I don't know if yelling hello to customers 5 times within minutes is a coded message for "potential shoplifter", but it's certainly not a polite way to treat a customer who is looking at the merchandise on display to buy Christmas presents and he doesn't need help. I will certainly give the gifts somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata per la prima volta qualche giorno fa e ho avuto un'ottima impressione del personale e degli articoli ad ottimo prezzo. Ci sono tornata questo pomeriggio e,pur essendo sabato e pieno di gente,tutto il personale è stato veramente accogliente,gentile,disponibile,veloce e discreto,con un sorriso per tutti. Ho sentito che parlano ,oltre all'italiano,inglese e francese correttamente in più la lingua che tutti conoscono sia italiani che stranieri,mi riferisco a qualche parola in dialetto napoletano che è universale e strappo un sorriso anche in questo momento complicato che tutti noi stiamo vivendo. È un piacere entrare da loro anche solo per l'ottima atmosfera che si respira Bravi ragazzi,continuate così ???
I went for the first time a few days ago and got a very good impression of the staff and the items at great price. I went back this afternoon and, despite being Saturday and full of people, all the staff were really welcoming, kind, helpful, fast and discreet, with a smile for everyone. I have heard that they speak, in addition to Italian, English and French correctly plus the language that everyone knows both Italians and foreigners, I am referring to a few words in the Neapolitan dialect which is universal and I pull a smile even in this complicated moment that we are all living. It is a pleasure to come to them even if only for the great atmosphere that reigns Good guys, keep it up ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, personale poco gentile, ti guardano come se stessi rubando, vado in cassa a pagare e mi cerca i due centesimi, che non avevo e quindi decido di dargli i soldi in carta, al momento del resto non mi da indietro i tre centesimi perché a suo dire non li aveva e quindi, io voglio i tre centesimi come tu hai voluto due centesimi, alla fine per non litigare con personale incapace ed in competente e abbastanza maleducati decido di andare e lasciare i tre centesimi, sono dei veri barboni, mi era venuto in mente di pagare con il bancomat per non darla vinta, ma alla fine la moglie dici ma lascia stare per tre centesimi. Pessima figura. Io personalmente non ci andrò mai più in vita mia. Ma adesso leggo anche altre recensioni che supportano la mia.
Bad experience, unkind staff, they look at you as if you were stealing, I go to the cashier to pay and they look for the two cents, which I didn't have and then I decide to give them the money in paper, at the moment they don't give me the three cents back because according to him he did not have them and therefore, I want the three cents as you wanted two cents, in the end in order not to fight with incapable and in competent and quite rude staff I decide to go and leave the three cents, they are real bums, it occurred to me to pay with the ATM so as not to win, but in the end the wife says but forget it for three cents. Bad figure. I personally will never go there again in my life. But now I also read other reviews that support mine.
