★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The port of Genoa is lovely and there are some fantastic places to unwind near by.
Security checks were a bit slow on boarding the ship, but with over 3,000 passengers & 1,200 crew on the cruise ship it was likely to take a while.
However, Refreshments were provided by the cruise company and there was enough seating available.
Overall I would return to Genoa and I would recommend a visit to this busy port.

And if you come out of the port you can find alot of shops around.
A plenty of restaurants with different cuisine are available here.
All the daily need items can be found here.
A beautiful place for outing.
And you can find some monuments nearby as well.
