Stuzzicheria molto buona, si capisce subito che sono fatte con buone materie prime, a mano ed in giornata, come comanda la tradizione.Crocchette di patate ad esempio, molto buone, come da tradizione Pizza con impasto hai cereali, buona fragrante. Ambiente suggestivo ricavato in una cripta di un convento domenicano del 1700 successivamente trasformato in frantoio, è presente una vasca in pietra per la raccolta dell'olio. Il proprietario, gentile e cordiale, ha soddisfatto appieno tutte le mie curiosità. Complimenti e grazie infinite per la squisita accoglienza. Quando tornerò a Squillace mi fermerò sicuramente. Superb food and pizzas. Evocative environment created in a crypt of a Dominican convent of 1700 subsequently transformed into an oil mill, there is a stone basin for collecting oil. s	salvothor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location un po' scomoda da raggiungere ma una volta arrivati ci si ritrova catapultati in un ambiente rustico, confortevole e famigliare. Cortesia e gentilezza sicuramente non mancano. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, personalmente ho preso antipasto casereccio, linguine con funghi e 'nduja, grigliata mista e come dolce panna e fragole. Qualità e quantità nella norma. Purtroppo ho dovuto constatare a mie spese che la carne è stata sicuramente grigliata sulla stessa piastra su cui sono stati grigliati dei gamberoni ai quali purtroppo sono allergico. Essendo una contaminazione alimentare ha agito più lentamente ed ho avuto i primi sintomi nel viaggio di ritorno a casa. Il fatto che, in un ristorante, non si tenga conto della contaminazione alimentare è un problema grave al giorno d'oggi, dove intolleranze ed allergie la fanno da padrone. Ovviamente non posso dare più di tre stelle. Location a bit uncomfortable to reach but once you arrive you find yourself catapulted into a rustic, comfortable and familiar environment. Courtesy and kindness are certainly not lacking. As for the food, I personally took home appetizer, linguine with mushrooms and 'nduja, mixed grill and as a dessert cream and strawberries. Quality and quantity in the standard. Unfortunately I had to realize at my expense that the meat was certainly grilled on the same plate on which the prawns were grilled to which unfortunately I am allergic. Being a food contamination he acted more slowly and I had the first symptoms on the journey home. The fact that food contamination is not taken into account in a restaurant is a serious problem nowadays, where intolerances and allergies are the masters. Obviously I cannot give more than three stars.
