Io ho 27 anni anni e sono laureata magistrale, ho molta esperienza è un curriculum di tutto rispetto. Sono stata subito scelta da un’azienda che mi ha promesso di collaborare con me per altri progetti oltre lo stage stabilito. Ho scritto di mio pugno e presentato un progetto, l’azienda si è presa il progetto e sono spariti senza neanche attivarmi lo stage. Nel frattempo io convinta di essere stata presa da questa azienda ho rifiutato altri colloqui che mi hanno proposto che cmq erano lontani dalla mia preparazione. Alla fine mi chiamano per farmi andare lì dicendo che dovevo firmare la rinuncia al progetto perché era colpa mia se non avevo trovato un azienda dove svolgere lo stage perché ( commento di una personale) “hai puntato in alto e sei rimasta senza niente ! Il fatto che sei laureata e abilitata per la tua professione non significa niente !” Non commento oltre !! Ho firmato la rinuncia e sono andata via !! L	Luca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Più deludenti delle agenzie interinali! 3 anni di candidature ignorate; ho ricevuto giusto due giorni fa, l'unica risposta ad una candidatura: come si fa ad affermare che l'azienda ha ritenuto inidoneo il mio profilo professionale, per una candidatura di front-office amministrativo in assicurazione, dopo aver prestato per 2 anni servizio in una grandissima multinazionale assicurativa statunitense, espletando solo ed esclusivamente mansioni di tipo amministrativo ed avendo collezionato una duplice esperienza in pubblica amministrazione come sportellista front-office con la specifica qualifica di coadiutore amministrativo? Spero di essere stato scartato per il requisito richiesto relativo alla votazione di diploma di 80/100, anche se credo che, con una valutazione di 70/100 e soprattutto una successiva laurea in giurisprudenza con 105/110, un occhio si poteva pure chiudere, almeno per un colloquio conoscitivo, soprattutto, alla luce della mia compatibilità al 100% con il profilo professionale richiesto, come si evince dal relativo C.V. È più che evidente che il mio curriculum non sia stato neanche visionato; mi consola che, almeno questa volta, dopo tre anni di candidature a vuoto (anche per i mestieri più ridicoli, perché ho bisogno di lavorare), abbia ricevuto una risposta. Ma in Italia, dove diavolo è finita la meritocrazia?
