P	P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019 Ed anche quest'anno è da applausi... zuppa fagioli e porcini da 10! 2018 Una delle poche sagre con organizzazione perfetta. Particolare attenzione ai disabili con parcheggi e tavoli riservati all'ombra. Oltre ai tavoli in piazza è stato attrezzato anche il prato di villa Altieri dove i grandi spazi permettono ai bambini di giocare in tranquillità e sicurezza. Cibo ottimo! Per me che non amo i porcini devo dire che è stata una sorpresa...il menù è fornitissimo e c'è di tutto...ma i funghi porcini fritti e l'arista ai funghi porcini mi hanno conquistata! Buono tutto dal primo al dolce. Ottimo il vino rosso, porzioni abbondanti. Un plauso agli organizzatori per servizio e pulizia! A	Andrea B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima località in cui la sagra si districa in un vecchio borgo, gli stand però sono pochi e di bassa qualità, ottimo invece le specialità a base di funghi della sagra, consiglio caldamente di affrettarsi a piazzare le prenotazioni in modo da evitare attese troppo lunghe, la spesa media a persona prendendo due piatti a testa dovrebbe superare facilmente i trenta euro a persona. Portatevi una penna dietro perché spesso c'è gente che si mette di fronte al bancone per consegnare il foglio compilato ed inizia a scegliere le specialità. Quest'anno erano dotati di POS, ma per sicurezza consiglio di portarvi i soldi in contante. Raramente ho trovato sagre così ben organizzate, pertanto per chi ama i funghi porcini, consiglio vivamente di andarci. Se si vuole evitare troppa coda, è meglio arrivare con un po' di anticipo. Verrà chiesto di compilare un foglio con tutto ciò che si può scegliere tra le proposte del menù, quindi si farà fila alla cassa per pagare. Per ogni ordinazione viene assegnato un numero e ad una certa ora si verrà chiamati ...come alla posta. Fare attenzione alla chiamata perché non sempre i numeri sono di seguito. Dipende da quello che si è ordinato. Quest'anno, in favore dell'ambiente, hanno aderito all'utilizzo di piatti che vanno poi nel compostaggio, quindi non c'è uso di plastica. Ho trovato ottima l'iniziativa che costa solo 50 centesimi a persona. Per chi ancora vuole andarci, c'è possibilità anche il prossimo fine settimana. Si mangia tutti assieme in lunghe tavolate messe di fronte al bellissimo palazzo Altieri santa croce , che vi consiglio vivamente di visitare., Oltre ovviamente ai boschi circostanti. B	Bianca TM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La regina delle sagre. Perfetta l'organizzazione, bella la grande piazza in cui si svolge dominata dal cinquecentesco Palazzo Altieri. Vario e molto allettante il menù con porzioni tutte abbondanti dove naturalmente la fa da padrone il fungo porcino. Dalle classiche e e gustose fettuccine ai funghi, alla deliziosa zuppa di porcini e fagioli (binomio perfetto...) alle bruschette con crema di porcini, l'arista e addirittura il pane ai funghi! Vino del luogo a cui non si può rinunciare.E poi un gustoso cremolato di more per finire in bellezza, oltre ai tozzetti e alle immancabili ciambelle al vino. Naturalmente non mancano le alternative sia per il condimento della pasta sia per le carni e il menù per celiaci. Le vie del centro sono in questa occasione animate da numerose bancarelle , il tutto allietato anche da spettacoli che si svolgono perlopiù di sera. STRACONSIGLIATA The queen of festivals.
