Buongiorno Maria Sole,
innanzi tutto mi dispiace che questo sia il suo parere sul nostro materiale.
Come già spiegato si tratta di una pietra naturale, a spacco, quindi irregolare per definizione (almeno nella superficie e nello spessore).
Considerato che lo spessore nominale della piastrella in pietra è di circa 1/1,5 cm, si può ben capire che è impossibile che ci siano differenza di 3 cm nello spessore delle piastrelle….
Faccio presente che abbiamo anche in catalogo molte piastrelle in gres porcellanato che imitano la pietra, di spessore più regolare.
In ogni caso, dopo la sua segnalazione, ho effettuato un primo sopralluogo in cantiere, Le ho spiegato che il materiale era (ed è) posabile e successivamente ho fatto intervenire anche un nostro funzionario. Anche lui ha spiegato la stessa cosa.
Avevamo concordato comunque come soluzione di inviarle due scatole di materiale in omaggio. Lei ha accettato di ricevere tre scatole di materiale in omaggio (mi ha anche sollecitato la consegna) che le abbiamo dato a titolo gratuito.
Mi dispiace quindi dover leggere questa sua recensione che ritengo assolutamente immotivata.

First of all, I am sorry that this is your opinion on our material.
As already explained, it is a natural stone, split, therefore irregular by definition (at least in surface and thickness).
Considering that the nominal thickness of the stone tile is about 1 / 1.5 cm, it can be clearly understood that there is no difference of 3 cm in the thickness of the tiles….
I would like to point out that we also have many porcelain tiles in the catalog that imitate stone, of a more regular thickness.
In any case, after your report, I made a first site inspection, I explained to you that the material was (and is) posable and subsequently I also had one of our officials intervene. He too explained the same thing.
We had however agreed as a solution to send her two boxes of free material. She agreed to receive three boxes of free material (she also asked me for delivery) which we gave her free of charge.
So I'm sorry to have to read this review of his which I consider absolutely unmotivated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In esposizione tutto perfetto, una volta pagato invece è arrivata la merce non completamente lavorata: la piastrella di pietra naturale che in negozio era irregolare nella parte superiore, la sua bella particolarità mentre quelle arrivate hanno un dislivello di 3 cm nella stessa piastrella e irregolari sotto,dove si posano.pagata fior fior di soldi per mq2. Una volta contattato il responsabile ha ovviato facendoci pervenire 3 scatole di materiale , ovviamente di fattura corretta, erano lisce nella parte dove si posano, come dovevano essere tutte! La differenza tra le diverse partite arrivate è' stata spiegata dicendo che il materiale è' naturale, ma uno imposabile e L altro perfetto.Mah... Meglio non averci a che fare con questa azienda se non volete avere problemi e brutte sorprese poiché la merce non ci è stata sostituita nonostante fosse viziata come avrebbe fatto qualsiasi negoZio.
