Personale simpatico e cordiale, pronto a rispondere ad ogni curiosità ed esigenza, ci siamo sentiti come a casa.
Il tour delle tre isole (Vulcano, Panarea e Stromboli) ci è piaciuto, condito sapientemente da una breve descrizione e aneddoti riguardanti i vari punti delle isole visitati.

 It is located behind the Noleggio da Luigi, the sign with their name is not easily visible from the street.
Nice and friendly staff, ready to respond to any curiosity and need, we felt at home.
We liked the tour of the three islands (Vulcano, Panarea and Stromboli), expertly seasoned with a brief description and anecdotes regarding the various points of the islands visited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si trova all'inizio del corso principale una volta usciti dal porto.
Ci hanno proposto una gita in barca con destinazione Vulcano facendoci capire che avremmo avuto la giornata impegnata dalle 9 fino alle 17, diamo l'acconto e ci rimandiamo all'indomani per la partenza. La giornata parte con un bel temporale che ci costringe a rimandare alle 10 l'orario di partenza, ciononostante continua a piovigginare ma ci garantiscono che è tutto come programmato.
Alle 10 saldiamo il conto e si parte dimenticando cosa sia il covid 19 e il distanziamento a bordo. Alle 10e45 eravamo al porto di Vulcano, non quello principale, perché da quel lato c'era mare, ma poco importa viste le dimensione dell'isola.
La nostra esperienza finisce qui, abbiamo pagato 60euro in 3 un traghetto che ci ha portati da Lipari a Vulcano.
Avrei preferito maggiore correttezza nell'annullare la nostra prenotazione viste le condizioni meteo e l'impossibilità di fare attività a mare per passare la giornata. Sapendolo avrei preso un normale traghetto alla metà del prezzo per raggiungere Vulcano.
It is located at the beginning of the main street once you leave the port.
They offered us a boat trip to Vulcano making us understand that we would have the day busy from 9 to 17, we give the deposit and we postpone the next day for departure. The day starts with a nice storm that forces us to postpone the departure time to 10, nevertheless it continues to drizzle but they guarantee us that everything is as planned.
At 10 we settle the bill and we leave forgetting what covid 19 is and the spacing on board. At 1045 we were at the port of Vulcano, not the main one, because there was sea on that side, but it doesn't matter given the size of the island.
Our experience ends here, we paid 60 euros in 3 for a ferry that took us from Lipari to Vulcano.
I would have preferred more correctness in canceling our booking given the weather conditions and the impossibility of doing activities at sea to spend the day. Knowing this, I would have taken a normal ferry at half the price to reach Vulcano.
