★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Купляли керамічні вази. Продавець спеціально продала одну вазу з дефектом, це ми побачили вже дома, в Україні. З вітрини ми взяли цілу вазу, а на касі вона замотала нам в плівку іншу вазу, з дефектом.
Друга ваза була також з дефектом, але я його сама відремонтувала.
Дуже не приємно, нікому не раджу цей магазин, продавці обманюють.

The second vase was also defective, but I repaired it myself.
It's not nice, I do not recommend this store to anyone, the sellers are cheating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perché ho messo due stelle: ho subito sentito appena entrata disuguaglianza nel trattare con i clienti. Da una parte sviolinata per chi acquista e spende, dall’altra trattamento di sufficienza per chi chiede informazioni o spende meno. Ho trovato poca professionalità, modi sufficienti e un po’ di “stanchezza” nello stare a contatto con il pubblico. È uno dei negozi storici di Modena, peccato!
Why I put two stars: I immediately felt just entered inequality in dealing with customers. On the one hand, there is enough treatment for those who buy and spend, and on the other, sufficient treatment for those who ask for information or spend less. I found little professionalism, sufficient ways and a bit of "tiredness" in being in contact with the public. It is one of the historic shops of Modena, too bad!

Mi hanno letteralmente cacciata con un "stiamo chiudendo" ed invitata ad andare fuori nonostante stessi per acquistare molte cose. Sono contenta di non aver speso nemmeno un euro perché, alla fine, le cose della Smeg, della Alessi e quanto altro li trovo ovunque e loro hanno perso invece 2 clienti
