Scrivo sul form del loro sito e poi chiamo per informazioni su disponibilità per la pulizia di una piscina ma la persona al telefono mi risponde che le prime disponibilità sono a luglio. Dico che mi va bene e la sua ulteriore risposta è che deve sentire il titolare. Rispondo ancora che mi va bene e sento dire dalla stessa persona che hanno già impegni con i clienti dell’anno prima e che quindi devo cercarmi un’altra ditta perché ce ne sono tante in giro. Sono rimasta senza parole! Non ho mai assistito ad una gestione così di un cliente!
Bad management of potential new customers! I write on the form on their website and then call for information on availability for cleaning a pool but the person on the phone replies that the first availability is in July. I say it's okay with me and your further answer is that you need to hear from the owner. I still reply that it suits me and I hear from the same person that they already have commitments with the customers of the year before and that therefore I have to look for another company because there are so many around. I was speechless! I have never witnessed such a management of a customer!
