Al sabato ci sono file lunghissime perché generalmente gli utenti lavorano durante la settimana e gli accessi sono possibili soprattutto in quel giorno.... Mi sembra assurdo prendere un giorno di ferie per andare a conferire, come suggeritomi dal personale.... Fra l'altro è un servizio che incide parecchio nel bilancio familiare! Orari che non vengono incontro assolutamente all'utenza e troppo incentrati su orari da Amministrazione Pubblica invece che avere più flessibilità come dovrebbe ESSERE, e come funziona il settore privato da anni!! . Personale troppo ligio alle Regole in apparenza ma che invece traspare la poca voglia di darsi da fare scaricando tutto sull'utenza cittadina, ed usando le regole come paravento. In realtà si percepisce ora poca volontà di "problem solving" . Sarebbe opportuno poter comunicare di più con l'Ecocentro. Al sabato ci sono file lunghissime perché generalmente la gran parte dei pontalpini lavora durante la settimana e gli accessi sono impossibili con gli ultimi assurdi orari.... Non esiste assolutamente che io prenda un giorno di ferie solo per andare a conferire (come suggeritomi candidamente da alcuni del personale ???) . Gia lavoro 10 ore al giorno e faccio metà del servizio differenziando, pagando tra l'altro più o meno la stessa entità di tributi immondizia che si pagava prima della differenziazione ! D'accordo rispettare l'ambiente ma bisogna specializzarsi con orari più flessibili per il rispetto del cittadino invece di dare continue restrizioni,aanche nelle fasce orarie aperte al pubblico, ed arroganti risposte con imposizioni stile migliore dittatura. Il prossimo vostro dipendente che mi risponde male lo lancio direttamente nel cassone del conferimento, visto che le mie doti fisiche lo permettono. Vediamo poi se imparerà l'educazione e la cortesia. Purtroppo questo è Il SOLO linguaggio che certa riesce a percepire. Sottolineo purtroppo. Started very well at the beginning. The next employee of yours who answers me badly I throw him directly into the waste bin, since my physical skills allow it. Let's see if he will learn education and courtesy.
