In circostanze delicate come un lutto, chi fa questo mestiere non dovrebbe approfittarsi di chi non è consapevole delle tariffe di un funerale.
Ho chiesto un preventivo il giorno in cui è venuto a mancare un familiare e non mi è stato dato (solo il costo della cassa).
Riguardo al copricassa non avevano nemmeno una foto per dare un'idea dei fiori da scegliere, solo il costo esorbitante.
Eravamo frastornati dal dolore... quindi senza pensare a cosa fare, se chiedere ad altre imprese, ci siamo fidati.
Ci hanno chiesto di compilare tanti moduli per procedere al disbrigo delle pratiche, in maniera tale da aggiudicarsi subito i clienti!
Nei giorni successivi ho più volte chiesto tale preventivo ma con scuse è stato rimandato (non è presente la segretaria, non c'è fretta); poi sorpresa arriva il giorno della consegna...3 volte la cifra della cassa e preciso che si trattava di un semplice funerale con cremazione senza celebrazione funebre ne manifesti.
Uno dei titolari ha detto che sono stata arrogante ed ho usato cattiveria....
Voglio vedere chi nei panni di un familiare, in queste circostanze non si sente preso in giro!!!!

I asked for a quote the day a family member passed away and I was not given (only the cost of the cash register).
Regarding the case cover, they didn't even have a photo to give an idea of the flowers to choose, only the exorbitant cost.
We were dazed by the pain ... so without thinking about what to do, if to ask other companies, we trusted.
They asked us to fill in many forms to proceed with the handling of the paperwork, so as to immediately win the customers!
In the following days I repeatedly asked for this quote but with apologies it was postponed (the secretary is not present, there is no hurry); then surprise comes the day of delivery ... 3 times the figure of the box and precise that it was a simple funeral with cremation without funeral celebration or posters.
One of the owners said that I was arrogant and used malice ....
I want to see who in the shoes of a family member, in these circumstances does not feel fooled !!!!
