★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi fermo presso quest’area di rifornimento in quanto sulle varie insegne è riportata la sigla DKV ben visibile insieme ad altri metodi di pagamento.
Chiedo il pieno e al termine mi accingo a pagare con carta carburante DKV.
Mi viene riferito che il servizio DKV è stato disattivato da tempo presso questa area di servizio in quanto Total Erg è fallita.
Faccio presente che potrebbero oscurare sulle insegne i metodi di pagamento non accettati e sono costretto a pagare con carta di credito.
Facendo delle ricerche online non risulta alcun fallimento di Total Erg.
L’ultima informazione sulla compagnia risale a gennaio 2018 quando TotalErg Spa viene acquisita dal gruppo Api.
Ne deduco quindi che le informazioni che mi sono state date presso l’area di servizio sono false.
Procederò con una segnalazione a DKV Euro Service.
I stop at this refueling area as the abbreviation DKV is clearly visible on the various signs along with other payment methods.
I ask for the full tank and at the end I am going to pay with a DKV fuel card.
I am told that the DKV service has long since been deactivated at this service area as Total Erg went bankrupt.
I would like to point out that non-accepted payment methods could be obscured on the signs and I am forced to pay by credit card.
Searching online does not reveal any Total Erg failure.
The latest information on the company dates back to January 2018 when TotalErg Spa was acquired by the Api group.
I therefore deduce that the information that was given to me at the service area is false.
I will proceed with a report to DKV Euro Service.
