Ambiente giovane con locali puliti e ordinati.
Raffaella e il suo team sono gentili e professionali. Sanno mettere a proprio agio la clientela e la coccolano offrendo tisane ed effettuando massaggi al collo con pietre calde e olii essenziali. Ottima qualità con prezzi onesti.
Ho vissuto un'ottima esperienza e non vedo l'ora di tornare a farmi coccolare.

I went to Polvere di Stelle for the first time today to cut and fold. I went out fully satisfied.
Young environment with clean and tidy rooms.
Raffaella and her team are kind and professional. They know how to put their customers at ease and pamper them by offering herbal teas and performing neck massages with hot stones and essential oils. Excellent quality with fair prices.
I had a great experience and can't wait to be pampered again.
I recommend to everyone!

Inizio raccontandovi che ad attendervi c'è uno staff di professionisti, sia in termini di conoscenze, sia in termini di professionalità vera e propria (molto gentili e puntualissimi). Nonostante ci fosse molta gente erano molto ben organizzati e questo ha fatto in modo di non sentirmi trascurata. Ma passiamo alla parte più importante: Luca e il suo staff sono stati molto attenti nell'ascoltare quello che io volevo e non sono mancati dei consigli mirati. è stato fatto un gran lavoro a livello di tinta, davvero molto bello, e soprattutto dopo 10 giorni i capelli non risultano rovinati, nonostante la tina...e anche per quanto riguarda il taglio devo dire che sono molto molto soddisfatta. Sicuramente ci tornerò perché mi sono trovata davvero bene grazie alla loro professionalità e disponibilità. Prezzi in linea con il servizio offerto. Approvato al 100%.

Although there were a lot of people they were very well organized and this made sure I didn't feel neglected. But let's move on to the most important part: Luca and his staff were very careful in listening to what I wanted and there was no lack of targeted advice. a great job was done in terms of color, really very nice, and especially after 10 days the hair is not damaged, despite the tina ... and also as regards the cut I must say that I am very very satisfied. I will definitely go back because I was really happy thanks to their professionalism and availability. Prices in line with the service offered. 100% approved.

Mi ha seguito Hellen per il colore e il taglio ed oltre ad essere molto esperta mi ha veramente coccolata e mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio! Il colore e il taglio sono bellissimi, grazie Hellen. Ho apprezzato molto anche l'ambiente socievole e armonioso, si entra dentro e si respira tranquillità e serenità, il personale sembra veramente andare d'accordo e hanno tutti il sorriso sulle labbra e una gentilezza sincera (nonostante non sia visibile con la mascherina, si percepisce dagli occhi). L'atmosfera che si respira mi piace molto. Tornerò sicuramente in questo salone! Grazie ragazze e ragazzi!
I was today for the first time at Polvere di Stelle and it was a great experience. Hellen followed me for color and cut and besides being very expert she really pampered me and made me feel at ease! The color and cut are beautiful, thanks Hellen. I also really appreciated the sociable and harmonious environment, you enter inside and breathe tranquility and serenity, the staff seem to really get along and they all have a smile on their lips and sincere kindness (although it is not visible with the mask, yes perceives from the eyes). I really like the atmosphere that you breathe. I will definitely come back to this salon! Thanks girls and boys!
