Dato il prodotto che offrite dovreste essere pronti a risolvere il problema ma senza nessun costo aggiuntivo per l'acquirente. Spero di rimanere soddisfatta del prodotto perché sono rimasta molto delusa del punto vendita. I bought a sofa from Poltronesofa 'Sovigliana, at the time of delivery the guys who brought it found themselves in difficulty because it did not pass by the stairs, (the point of sale was advised in due time) when I contacted the dealer I was told to take a freight elevator to my expenses ...... Given the product you offer, you should be ready to solve the problem but at no additional cost to the buyer. I hope to be satisfied with the product because I was very disappointed with the store.
