Ambiente spazioso, elegante, pulito, a tratti austero. Si capisce che la qualità è di casa, sia dal personale puntuale e disponibile che vi accoglierà dall'inizio alla fine alla scoperta del negozio,ma anche ai numerosi angoli dedicati alla storia del marchio, con tanto di attrezzi del mestiere e stoffa in bella vista a sottolineare la spiccata artigianalità dei prodotti. Tutto molto bello. Ovviamente il costo è allineato alla qualità,e non è sempre popolare. F	Federica Pampini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza super negativa, abbiamo comprato un divano da 3000 e passa euro montato Dopo quasi due anni e mezzo per problemi logistici di lavori in casa, la penisola elettrica non funzionava a puntino e dopo 3-4 volte che aprivamo chiudevamo si è storta abbiamo fatto subito segnalazione al negozio perché ancora in garanzia, il negozio non ci risponde fino a qualche giorno dalla scadenza della garanzia quando siamo andati a sollecitare l'intervento, ci siamo sentiti dire che dal video avevano dedotto che l'avevamo rotta noi con un utilizzo errato e che il pezzo costava €250 di tasca nostra. Dopo tante lamentele ci hanno contattato dall'assistenza oggi dicendo che la segnalazione è arrivata adesso, e che siamo al limite della garanzia. Sono una Local guides di Maps e faccio recensioni tutti i giorni spero mi risolvano il problema altrimenti dovrò recensire Poltronesofà come una società di disonesti.
