Preso un appuntamento con la dipendente con la quale ho fatto l acquisto del divano che non si è presentata il giorno prestabilito. Dopo un mese di tira e molla ho dovuto pagare una terza persona per sistemare il difetto! Sconsiglio la sede di Taranto, magari chissà in altre città il personale è più disponibile e qualificato Absolutely to be avoided. Ci siamo.accertati telefonicamente e recati su TARANTO con conseguente investimento di tempo e denaro. in quella sede la sig.ra che ci ha servito è stata gentilissima...solo che abbiamo scoperto che per avere la promo sul DIVANO ESPOSTO... dovevamo acquistare ANCHE IL.POUF E POGGIATESTA ..con una spesa ulteriore di 279 euro che non ci servivano,non ci interessavano ma che abbiamo dovuto comprare FORZATAMENTE. Ora ripeto...la Sig.ra Donatella è gentilissima e professionale...la nostra FORTE CRITICA è verso POLTRONEeSOFÀ che non specifica questi dettagli. Aggiungo che non credo sia normale che un divano acquistato NON VENGA TOLTO DALL' ESPOSIZIONE per 2 mesi...con il rischio certo che possa arrivare a casa nostra "SFONDATO"!!!! Se prendi una poltrona o in divano di quelli in pronta consegna, vale l'offerza dei super sconti... Se però vuoi cambiare la tappezzeria, i costi aumentano, poi c'è la spesa di trasporto, a cui si aggiunge anche un surplus in base ai km in più. Ad esempio una poltrona da 399 (super offerta) ti arriva a costare sulle 500 e passa euro. Really good quality products. Staff ok. But you have to be careful about the offers they make ... Dopo due mesi ho ricevuto un divano con un evidente difetto nella parte laterale e ho dovuto fare mille chiamate e recarmi personalmente in negozio per avviare una pratica e avere qualche notizia in merito. Ho dovuto aspettare altri tre mesi perché venissero a sostituire il pezzo difettato. Il divano è davvero bello e comodo, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, ma le lunghe attese e l inattendibilità delle informazioni che mi sono state date nell'arco di 5 mesi mi farebbero pensare mille volte prima di fare altro acquisto lì. Un vostro addetto ha constatato la rottura dei motori. A detta della signora Anna, dipendente del negozio di Taranto, i motori sono stati ordinati e mai spediti dalla logistica. A distanza di tre mesi ho una poltrona inutilizzabile. Cortesemente volete provvedere. N.B. avete già le foto. POLTRONE SOFÀ: AUTENTICA QUALITÀ!!!? Il mio giudizio è positivo su tutti questi aspetti. All ingresso siamo stati ricevuti dalla Sig.na Roberta che si è presentata in maniera educata e cordiale. Si è messa a nostra disposizione presentandoci diverse soluzioni. Con professionalità ci ha aiutato a scegliete consigliandoci e seguendoci sino alla conclusione del contratto di acquisto. I locali sono grandi ed ariosi, ben illuminati in modo da permettere la scelta del colore e della qualità delle stoffe. I prodotti esposti sono sembrati solidi e ben fatti con soluzioni innovative.
