Non ho insistito più di tanto, ho atteso invano e speranzosa di ottenere una soluzione ma nulla. Dopo un bel po' di tempo mi sono recata nel punto vendita e pur riconoscendo che il prodotto ha dato un bel po' di problemi ad altri clienti, mi é stato proposto di riacquistare il rivestimento.Ho aderito all acquisto non avendo alternative ma non lo trovo assolutamente corretto. Scopro solo quando vado a ritirare il tanto atteso prodotto che la politica aziendale stabilisce che non è possibile pagare in contanti..al mio stupore, perché non ho mai sentito una cosa del genere, la commessa si è mostrata nervosa e mi ha liquidata in modo sgarbato. Ho chiesto se era possibile vedere almeno il prodotto e la commessa stizzita mi mostra il pezzo di stoffa tagliato e appiccicato all involucro quasi a chiedermi cosa non fosse chiaro. Dovrò ritornare perche non mi è stato permesso di saldare in contanti. Spero di non averne più bisogno. Ma dovessi acquistare un altro divano non andrò mai più da loro. After a long time I went to the store and while acknowledging that the product had given a lot of problems to other customers, I was offered to buy back the coating. I find absolutely correct. I only find out when I go to collect the long-awaited product that the company policy states that it is not possible to pay in cash ... to my amazement, because I have never heard of such a thing, the saleswoman was nervous and liquidated me so rude. I asked if it was possible to at least see the product and the angry saleswoman shows me the piece of fabric cut and stuck to the wrapping as if to ask me what was not clear. I will have to return as I was not allowed to pay in cash. I hope I don't need it anymore. But if I buy another sofa, I will never go to them again.
