Excellent value for money, small but well-stocked shop, I have always felt welcome thanks to the approach and courtesy of the girls who work there (a real exception in Galleria Cavour!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È la prima volta che mi capita di perdere la voglia di comprare dei capi di abbigliamento per colpa della sbrigatezza e poca formalità della commessa (bionda e bassa di statura), in quanto sono stata totalmente trascurata e non mi è stato incentivato l’acquisto nonostante fossi interessata ad un bomber ed una giacca.
Non ci tornerò, peccato che i prodotti siano ottimi; meglio un acquisto online senza assistenza che il trattamento ricevuto oggi.
It is the first time that I happen to lose the desire to buy clothing due to the haste and lack of formality of the saleswoman (blonde and short in stature), as I was totally neglected and I was not encouraged to buy despite I was interested in a bomber and a jacket.
I will not go back, too bad the products are excellent; better an online purchase without assistance than the treatment received today.

Ho chiesto informazioni su una polo che ero intenzionato a comprare e lei mi ha presentato dei prodotti diversi, senza darmi altre alternative come l’acquisto online o senza nemmeno dispiacersi; l’unica cosa che ha detto è stato ciao, in maniera sbrigativa e rude.
Per questo suo essere sbrigativa, non ha dato nemmeno la possibilità alla mia ragazza, che era con me e voleva comprare un capo, di aver voglia di provarlo.
Due clienti persi per il comportamento della commessa.
I was assisted by a short blonde saleswoman who welcomed me in an unprofessional way, using a less formal and welcoming language.
I asked for information on a polo shirt that I intended to buy and she presented me with different products, without giving me other alternatives such as purchasing online or without even feeling sorry; the only thing he said was hello, in a hasty and rude way.
Because of her being hasty, she didn't even give my girlfriend, who was with me and wanted to buy a garment, the chance to want to try it on.
Two customers lost to the saleswoman's behavior.
