Ho potuto fare questa accurata recensione poiché, grazie a Gennaro, ho potuto assistere a tutte le fasi di preparazione sia dei polli ( peso 1,250/1,300kg) che della rosticceria ( crocche'- arancini - frittate -pizze-....). Per me a NAPOLI è uno dei migliori se non il migliore...PROVARE PER CREDERE!! If you want to eat a chicken on the spit D.O.C. ... this is the best place to buy it .... Gennaro the owner personally produces all the delicacies at the rotisserie counter daily .... the baked potatoes are daily and absolutely not frozen or frozen (Antonio peels them all mornings).... I was able to make this accurate review because, thanks to Gennaro, I was able to attend all the stages of preparation of both the chickens (weight 1,250 / 1,300kg) and the rotisserie (crocche'- arancini - omelettes-pizzas -....). For me in NAPLES it is one of the best if not the best ... TRY TO BELIEVE !!

Vivo a Bergamo e qui un pollo così se lo sognano: per la qualità del pollo, per il sapore dato dagli aromi con cui lo preparano, per la cottura che non lo rende per nulla asciutto e per la grandezza del pollo (qui spacciano per polli dei pulcini!). Quando vado a Napoli ne faccio sempre una scorta; si li porto via e quando arrivo a Bergamo li congelo e sono buonissimi comunque quando li scongelo e li faccio scaldare a forno. Lo hanno provato anche degli amici qui a Bergamo ed ora mi chiedono di portarli ogni volta che posso. A casa mia si mangia solo il pollo del "Pollo allo spiedo" quello DOC. Girarrosto secolare mi assicurava i prodotti di prima qualità e devo dire che del pollo non sono rimaste neanche le ossa,buona la carne,il sapore e gli aromi con una cottura esemplare,ma ho provato anche la fritturina artigianale con polpettine crocche zeppoline arancini e cosiddetti scgliuzzielli ,frittatine e altro davvero molto buona sia al palato sia economicamente. giudizio?
