La particolarità è che ha due fasi di cottura: una è quella classica sullo spiedo girevole, ovviamente con forno a legna, mentre la seconda di cottura finale sulla brace che gli conferisce un gusto affumicato tipica di quel tipo di cottura. Inoltre porzioni di patatine davvero generose fritte in OLIO DI ARACHIDI. Unico neo è l'ordinazione, i tempi non sono quasi mai quelli richiesti, ma questo è dovuto all'enorme mole di lavoro.
