La Polizia Stradale di Ravenna mi ha dimostrato il massimo della professionalità e del rispetto che un cittadino possa attendersi. Il loro è un modello di pubblica amministrazione efficace che dovrebbe essere preso da esempio. Se è vero che le istituzioni non vanno confuse con chi temporaneamente le rappresenta, allora è vero anche che le persone fanno ancora la differenza.

It is gratifying to discover that there are still institutions in which to place one's trust. The Traffic Police of Ravenna has shown me the maximum professionalism and respect that a citizen can expect. Theirs is an effective public administration model that should be taken as an example. If it is true that institutions should not be confused with those who temporarily represent them, then it is also true that people still make a difference.
