For the foreign part they are rude and they treat you with racism as if you were a criminal, we know that you are state police but you don't do that, we are human respect and for everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non so se è incompetente la signora all'ufficio passaporto o incompetente l'intera questura. Hanno richiesto documenti che su internet non venivano menzionati e hanno negato il servizio di spedizione al domicilio che online pare sia attivo da 2014.
Ovviamente il cittadino rimane impotente a causa di tale ignoranza e incompetenza. Si spera in un futuro che tali incarichi pubblici siano assegnati a chi ha voglia di fare e magari è meno raccomandato
I don't know if the lady in the passport office is incompetent or the whole police station is incompetent. They requested documents that were not mentioned on the internet and denied the home delivery service that online seems to have been active since 2014.
Obviously the citizen remains powerless because of this ignorance and incompetence. It is hoped in the future that these public tasks will be assigned to those who want to do and perhaps are less recommended
