È necessario in particolar modo sottolineare la condizione della pista di atletica leggera che, essendo utilizzata quotidianamente già da diversi anni dagli iscritti della società: "Atletica Virtus Acireale" risulta ormai in uno stato non esattamente adatto alla pratica della disciplina sportiva e presentate una serie di avvallamenti e parti di pista deteriorate dovute al costante utilizzo e soprattutto dalla non curanza della pista.
Inoltre le foto risalgono a qualche anno fa, quando ancora si allenava all'interno della struttura la squadra di Rugby.

Campo di calcio praticamente inesistente con le linee disossate, comune non gestisce lo stadio. Pista di atletica scadente.
