★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great program and nice theatre. The only thing I really dislike here is that noone stops rude audience for taking videos, photos or using phone due the performance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is nice and comfortable. It's possible to go with a wheelchair, there is elevator and wc for people with difficulties.
There are two small cure caffes with the hot and cold drinks.
Personal is attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a seat in mid rows of stalls and did not have good view onto the stage (Hamlet). I would recommend balconies or galleries. Otherwise it is just OK. Nice ceiling, comfortable seats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nutcracker is our xmas tradition. wherever we maybe around x mas time, i always try to catch a performance of nutcracker. this was our first time to be at this theater. it was beautiful and a nice production. however due to covid, there was no coat check which makes the seating very uncomfortable; there was also no refreshment, which is normally an important part of experience attending a live performance. i hope with the relaxation of covid protocol, the experience would be back to normal and better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a beautiful place but the customer service quality is really poor. I wanted to buy tickets, I called them, I spoke with three different people (in Italian) and non of them were able to help me how to buy a ticket (I called the ticket office). Then a lady asked me to wait till she ask the colleague, I WAS WAITING 10 MIN ON THE PHONE till the line was not available. I called them back and they told me to buy a ticket online on some page not written on the website.
