A distanza di 3 anni si sono deformati i copri Cerniera e altre componenti in plastica si sono rotte con il normale utilizzo. Alla richiesta di sostituzione dei pezzi danneggiati mi hanno risposto che non sono più in produzione, senza darmi soluzioni alternative. Scarsa serietà e assenza di attenzione per il cliente. Da evitare.
I replaced the fixtures by installing polistamp windows and patio doors. After 3 years, the hinge covers were deformed and other plastic components broke with normal use. When asked to replace the damaged parts, they replied that they are no longer in production, without giving me alternative solutions. Lack of seriousness and lack of attention to the customer. To be avoided.
